Rainbow Scratch Digital art  ( PJs' not really a tutorial) When You were a child  do you remember  coloring  a piece  of paper with crayons of different colors, layering the colors then covering  the entire page with black?   Then you would scratch a picture into the black crayon and reveal a beautiful rainbow of colors. This is an easy effect to duplicate in digital art  With PSP .  Just paint colors  or use a gradient or pattern you like   on your a bottom layer.  In this example  I flood  filled the background layer with a gradient  then applied the kaledoscope setting  for more variety.  create  a new layer on top and  flood fille it with black . Use the eraser to make your drawing or just doodle.
