Realization and mystic experiences
Whether you do or whether you don't have varied "mystic' experiences light shows , hear voices smell your angels or not. What gives rise to realization, which can occur either in the mundane or in the mystic experience or spiritual frame. What matters is your attention and openness to those messages of spirit which are all around us hidden out in the
open in plain view. To see them we must look and listen and taste and smell and feel. We must acknowledge our perceptions and appreciate them. Attention is not of course the small minded, scrunched up attention of the rigidly rational. Even in the most minute and ordinary event, the taste of tea , the sounds of traffic. Hold the open awareness and expectation that
you are constantly surrounded, enfolded, embraced by the miraculous. those silent thoughts of love our realization of
the extraordinary the miracle, the blessing of Angels, etc., is inseparable from our realization and appreciation of the most
ordinary when you appreciate the mundane you may find God has been shining forth from your clorox bottle all along
because separation is an illusion ignorance and failure are illusions You may see Angels and Auras and know the unending bliss of union and harmony with the universal song but have been taking it for tissue and dishwater as its so common you have screened it out not to say that you must be as alert as a mouse in a roomful of cats just relax and know that for you that you will first find the treasure in the common experience and that is of itself the miracle there is no real difference
between the sheen of the soap bubble and the Angelic light nor between the bird song and the message of the Masters it is all right here for you and you will know it as you continue to live with zest .Peggy Jentoft
