This color grid image is  offered to provide a source of color samples to focus on in color healing meditations
It can be used in chakra balancing and for general color healing .  Traditionally you would simply gaze on the image for a while. allowing the colored light to wash over you.   Scrolling up and down swiftly for a minute or two will duplicate the color healing flash technique  which is used for releasing blockages  in the energy body.
