Releasing/ calming  Anger With Crystals

Some stones that can be useful for releasing and calming anger include Fluorite, Peridot, Garnet, Chevron Amethyst, Citrine, Rose Quartz ,Snowflake Obsidian, Sugilite, lepediolite and green phylite.  Laramar, Blue lace Agate and Rhodocrosite  have also come forward to help calm heal and release anger. 

People often use love stones like rose quartz or Kunzite in an effort to reduce anger or calming stones like lepediolite or Blue Lace Agate to maintain calm.  I find that recognizing and working through anger can be facilitated with "fire" stones such as carnelian and red volcanic stones. Laramar is cooling and calming and allows us to work through and release chronic anger  gently.

The Combination of pink stilbite and apophylite is one that can help us recognize hidden anger  those emotions which we may not be aware of the are having a negative impact on our lives.

Zoisite with ruby suggests itself for  releasing bitter anger and  nurturing  self love  aiding us in removing anger we have turne against oursleves and fing the strengh to move forward.

We should not ever let anger consume us anger  can be a valuable life energy and can counteract depression, awaken self empowerment and lead to social progress.
Remember that when anger is merely suppressed it is compressed and can explode or seep out inappropriately. We need to remember that anger is not always a bad thing. It is true that Anger is a "lower world condition'" but several times I have seen people lifted out of suicidal depression by becoming angry at someone or something to the extent that they overcame or forgot their depression and genuine intent to commit suicide long enough for life conditions and situations to improve and pull them out of that intention.
