The presets should be put/ unzipped  into your  psp 8 Presets folder. The brushes and brush tips folder  should be put your psp8 brushes folder 
Some brushes have all three elements and others have only the preset because they rely on the brushes included with PSP8 or brushes generated from the variance settings
