Reiki sent to the past mostly works to heal our present relationship with the past events.  I have also had experiences where the distance function brought some past life recall and a clarity about the underlying causes of chronic pain. and other distress.   Some of the visuals when treating others have also related to past life events that contribute to the current  situation.  Reiki sent to the future does seem toactivate at the designated time.

    I am not completely certain that sending Reiki back in time does not have some small effect on the actual THEN.   The reason I have this reservation is that throughout my rather dramatically traumatic childhood there were occasions when I felt the presence of energy and encouragement, and even heard laughter, words etc. which supported my ability to stay alive and have hope then.

This may possibly have been precognition but  I now feel that at least some of those experiences then, relate to those times in the now, when I send Reiki and other energy to heal and resolve effects of  past traumas. In other words some of the energy and information that helped then, does seem to come through me NOW.
[Now this may be a bit woo woo , because really when you rise above the physical, all time happens at once. Not of course really critical for most of us to understand for practical life purposes, and my understandings on time are one of the things that have occasionaly caused folk to back away swiftly }.

Someone expressed the belief that their efforts with Reiki etc. could not effect world events like wars, First, individuals can effect great events far beyond our common understanding. Second, it is the collective effect of the many that effects major outcomes. Your intention to heal, hate, or end war, or to gentle the effects of a storm in accord with the highest good, one little bit of focus may in fact make the ultimate difference in a major energy and event shift .

There is a fiction short story in which an Angel prevents World War three by getting one man to change one letter in the way he spells his name. This is actually quite in accord with the true way things can happen. Your tiny acts may in fact be the difference in a major change. One stupid question may in the long run help cause the national laws to change. That has happened. Remember that What Rosa Parks did was not give her bus seat to a white man- a very small act with a huge effect . One of the most powerful
acts of Mahatma Ghandi was to go the the beach and make salt.

Your actions and energies may not reap the obvious attention and fame of these, but they can and do effect the all - even your thoughts effect the fabric of reality.
